We're looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our client's production team in delivering top-tier results in safety, quality, cost efficiency, and productivity. If you're passionate about people development, operational excellence, and driving performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Salary: Up to $95,000/yr.

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 11pm - 7am

20% bonus

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead production operations to meet performance goals in cost, line efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Coach and develop production supervisors to drive results and build team capability
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable production plans
  • Manage direct and indirect costs, track KPIs, and correct performance trends
  • Oversee equipment reliability and ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and safety regulations
  • Own P&L responsibilities and implement national productivity initiatives
  • Prepare and execute production schedules and resolve scheduling variances
  • Serve as the point of contact during off-shifts, ensuring smooth operations across departments



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
  • At least 2 years of leadership or management experience
  • Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-changing, high-demand environment
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods or a similar industry is a plus
