*Description*
Refines and scopes technical requirements derived from the overall business objectives. Creates and customizes Salesforce objects, flows, lightning web components, page layouts, fields, validation rules, reports, dashboards, permission sets, queues, list views, formula fields, user profiles, etc. Maintains data quality by identifying and deleting or merging duplicate records and cleansing and updating inaccurate data. Maintains environment security by actively managing users, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, etc. Researches and reviews proposed solutions and provides recommendations regarding best usage of Salesforce platform. Provides support to all levels of users through research, evaluation, and administration of Salesforce. Assists in the implementation, oversight, and maintenance of security practices within Salesforce. Evaluates Salesforce releases on BMI orgs and customizations. Executes change management initiatives across the Salesforce environments and orgs. Maintains data integrity within a Salesforce environment. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves data and complex flow solutions and issues. Identifies and recommends best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of solutions within the Salesforce platform. Logs, tracks, and audits identified issues and work through resolution. Effectively documents and communicates information regarding Salesforce functionality to a broad range of audiences. Maintains appropriate thresholds and standards of development within Salesforce. Works with management and business analyst teams to establish suitable processes or policies to support administrative, development, and change management activities. *Skills* Salesforce.com, Lightning, Apex, Salesforce, erpss *Top Skills Details* Salesforce.com,Lightning,Apex,Salesforce,erpss *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Experience: Minimum four (4) years of Salesforce Administration experience required. Implementing and governing security within Salesforce related to users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing settings, and login access policies. Ability to research and stay current on Salesforce security and maintenance related items by utilizing Trust.salesforce.com or other pertinent sites and / or tools. Evaluating Salesforce releases to determine environment impact as well as updating and testing any resulting critical updates. Strong proficiency in performing and coordinating deployments via Salesforce CLI and change sets within a Linux environment using Bash Shell scripting. Customizing and configuring all standard Salesforce functionality features such as: creating objects, fields, formula fields, validation rules, flows, lightning web components, page layouts, creating apps, report types, sharing rules, permission sets, profiles, roles, etc. Performing sandbox refreshes and activities associated. Strong proficiency in maintaining Salesforce data integrity by identifying and deleting or merging duplicate records, and cleansing and updating inaccurate data using Salesforce Data Loader. Transitioning existing Salesforce Classic page layouts and workflows to Lightning Web Components and Flows. Creating, maintaining, and presenting technical documentation to different audiences at various organizational levels. Actively researching Salesforce AppExchange applications and ability to perform analysis on AppExchange solutions, then performing the necessary installation and configuration of any AppExchange solutions into Salesforce orgs. Researching appropriate Salesforce architecture based on requirements and enterprise architecture guidelines, and providing recommendations for implementation. Monitoring multiple and various Salesforce orgs and environments in use, and working with development teams to ensure code coverage does not fall below Salesforce or other applicable t *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
