Job DescriptionThe Visa Digital Issuer Solutions Product Management team is seeking an outstanding Manager, Commercialization candidate with the vision, passion and commitment to drive Visa's global digital commercialization and go-to-market efforts. The Visa Digital Issuer Solutions Product Management team is responsible for global product strategy and execution of numerous digital banking, mobile and online-related initiatives such as the Visa Digital Enablement SDK, Visa Transaction Controls, Global Customer Assistance Services, Visa Travel Notifications and more. This role will meaningfully contribute to the commercialization activities of multiple products across our digital portfolio. Reporting into the Head of Commercialization for Digital Solutions team, this role sits at the intersection of multiple product, solutions, operations and commercialization organizations and functions requiring organizational savvy and strong interpersonal skills. In addition, this individual will be a thought leader in commercialization and business growth with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines. The Global Product Commercialization Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of product launches and market entry initiatives on a global scale. This person will focus on defining and driving commercial success across the product lifecycle for Visa Digital Issuer Solutions products. This will be accomplished through a strong understanding of internal partner, external partner and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product commercialization, market analysis, establishing commercial partnerships with 3rd parties and internal cross-functional teams, project management, with a proven track record of driving product success across multiple regions. This highly motivated individual will orchestrate commercial activities (e.g., GTM planning, partnerships, models, pricing, collateral) across teams for a portfolio of products or services. Essential Functions
The ideal candidate must possess a unique blend of leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, and commercialization skills, as well as have a strong understanding of business, technical and operational aspects of commercialization and go to market activities. The candidate must be able to work independently, with minimal-to-no day-to-day guidance, and be adept at collaborating with internal and external team members to remove barriers and identify creative solutions when issues arise. Additionally, industry-leading experience in the areas of FinTech, digital banking, digital payments, issuer processing and payment network processing is highly desirable. This is a hybrid position. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 138,500.00 to 159,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
