Job Description The Senior Director, Head of Project Management Office (PMO) is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) and biologics CMC project portfolio within the Biopharmaceutical Sciences Cell and Gene Therapy (BiopharmSci CGT) organization. This position reports to the Executive Director, CMC Project Management and Strategic Operations, BiopharmSci CGT. The Head of PMO will lead a high-performing team of project managers who are responsible for translating CMC strategies into executable project plans and driving the project execution. This individual will drive project portfolio planning/execution and build scalable project management capabilities. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in CMC project and portfolio management, organizational leadership, financial and business acumen to the BiopharmSci CGT CMC Project Management and Strategic Operations (PMSO) team. The Head of PMO will establish a project management center of excellence that ensures on-time delivery, enhances efficiency, accelerates innovation, in compliance with regulatory and quality standards, all to support the development and commercialization of transformative CGT and biologics therapies. #LI-LE1 Pay Range: $254,400 - $381,500Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
