The Associate Auditor will assist with various phases of operational, financial, and compliance audits in the Company's Home Office, field offices, and subsidiaries in the U.S. and international locations.

Role Responsibilities
* Assist with audit planning including documenting meeting notes and making audit requests
* Attend meetings to gain an understanding of business processes and related risks and controls
* Document risks and controls in the form narratives or flowcharts
* Design audit tests to evaluate controls over key risks
* Document any observations and issues that arise from those audit tests, and follow-up with the client
* Document all audit work in automated work papers

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
* Self-starter, analytical, and demonstrates the ability to work independently
* Strong collaborator and team player
* Familiar with data analytics software and methods
* Willing to travel (approximately 10% - 20% domestic and international travel in addition to occasional travel to offices in the tri-state area)

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$68,500-$69,000

Overtime eligible:Nonexempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
