Transportation Technology Solutions Manager

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead the development, direction, and completion of solutions within data, technology, and ITS projects
• Develop and coordinate with internal teams who have an interest in emerging transportation technology projects
• Lead and support continued integration of our ITS and related services across the company
• Share technical expertise and knowledge across the company through direct mentorship, training sessions, and working across disciplines to identify and develop technology-based solutions for our projects and clients
• Lead business development activities such as reviewing pursuits for potential technology opportunities and solutions, developing content for technology project proposals, exploring partnerships with technology providers, and monitoring the market for emerging technologies and industry trends
• Collaborating with company leadership to identify, manage, and execute technology-related initiatives
• Lead a team of junior staff and promote the growth of technical skills
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure the execution of complex assignments to meet client goals, schedule, and budgets
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships in dynamic markets to position for growth of our business

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering or related field
• 15+ years' experience in data and technology systems
• Experience managing and mentoring staff
• Experience with project management, proposal development, and business development
• Strong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment is essential
• Requires a Driver's License or Public Transportation as may travel to various facilities and job sites

Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on years of experience and credentials
