Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

  • Estimated annual base pay: $101,600(minimum) - $127,000 (midpoint) - $152,400 (maximum)
    • All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supports the implementation of investor relations strategies: An Investor Relations Manager in Finance is responsible for supporting the implementation of strategies to effectively communicate the company's financial performance and business strategies to the investment community.
  • Managing relationships with investors: An Investor Relations Director in Finance is responsible for managing relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders in the investment community. This includes preparing timely and accurate information about the company's performance, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns.
  • Communicating with senior management: An Investor Relations Manager in Finance is responsible for preparing communications for senior management on investor sentiment, market trends, and other factors that may impact the company's financial performance.
  • Support financial events: An Investor Relations Manager in Finance is responsible for supporting financial events, such as earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows, to communicate the company's financial performance and business strategies to the investment community.
  • Tracking and summarizing market trends: An Investor Relations Manager in Finance is responsible for tracking and summarizing market trends and providing insights into how they may impact the company's financial performance. This includes analyzing market data and assessing the impact of economic, industry, and regulatory trends on the company's financial performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or communications
  • Working knowledge of financial markets, investor relations principles and practices, and regulations
  • Strong Communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of financial accounting and reporting
  • Ability to implement effective investors relations strategies
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Ability to build relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders
  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis background
  • Knowledge of Industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work with senior leaders and other functional areas across the organization
