A major international software company is seeking a Content Operations Support to support the content team. We produce high-quality digital marketing content, including web, e-mail, SEO articles, and e-books - at a massive volume inhouse and give other projects to agencies. We need you to help us with mostly administrative tasks to keep the content machine running in the experience and support content strategists in their daily work.
Our team believes in connecting with customers at scale, supporting them at each stage of the customer journey, especially through the early awareness and consideration stages. You'll be a key player in ensuring that our content leads can work effectively by taking over administrative and recurring tasks enabling us to deliver high-quality content for our customers. *Responsibilities:* * Content requests: Ensure that content bill of materials are complete and enter related content requests into content management systems. * Content upload: Support asset uploads and provide input for publishing forms. * Content production and activation: Enter production or activation requests in various systems. * Update documents: Support content leads in updating documents for planning and reporting. *Qualifications:* * 2+ years' content support or project management experience in an enterprise-scale environment. * Good knowledge and experience of content management processes and tools. Experience with Wrike a plus. * Structured and organized working style plus being proactive. * Good communicator. * Solid stakeholder management experience. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
