*Must be Epic Professional Billing certified* *Description* Epic Professional Billing Resolute Analyst 1.Experience you are looking for in each role *Epic Professional Billing Resolute) - A well rounded Epic PB Resolute analyst with hands on experience in supporting Billing and Charging, including Benefit Engine. *Analysis - experience working directly with end users, understanding needs or issues, performing in depth analysis and testing, participating in QA and validation. *Collaboration - experience working with other IT application analysts, across the various Epic application areas. *Data Courier and Implementation - experience following communications, audit controls, procedures and QA related to implementing changes. 2.Types of tasks they will be asked to perform *Complete user requests through ticket assignments, managing multiple priorities. *Complete issue resolution through ticket assignments. Participate in on call rotation. *Participate in support activities such as data integration and upgrade activities *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr.
