Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing payroll support to the Payroll Manager and will assist with timecard/payroll entry using ADP Workforce Now. Key Responsibilities: * Enter payroll-related data for new hires, terminations, and assignment changes in ADP Workforce Now. * Review and verify timesheets for accuracy and approval; upload timekeeping data from ADP E-Time. * Partner with the HR team to ensure accurate updates to personnel and benefits information. * Calculate and process monthly union benefit payments. * Upload and maintain payroll reports (ADP CD-ROMs) for audits and internal projects. * Assist with internal and external audits by providing requested payroll data. * Communicate payroll-related updates and corrections to managers and staff via email and formal letters. * Generate standard and ad hoc reports using ADP Custom Reporting tools. * Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution. * Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications & Skills: * 2+ years of payroll-related experience. (Timecard entry, payroll entry, payroll support, etc.) * Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace applications. * Prior experience in a social services organization is a plus. Details: * Pay: $20 - $23/hr. based on related experience. * Pay cycle - weekly | medical, dental and vision benefits offered. * Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch) * Hybrid Schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day work from home) * Anticipated Start Date: June 2nd, 2025. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
