The Role The Director, Product Management - Transplant & Hepatitis will lead concept development to launch of new test solutions as well as life cycle management of on-market offerings. The role will be a combination of individual contributor and people leader, with direct responsibility for Transplant solutions, which may include infectious diseases, matching (HLA or human leukocyte antigen), and rejection monitoring tests and accountability, via one direct report, for Hepatitis screening and care solutions. The role will partner with commercial, customer solutions, operations, R&D, medical, training, marketing, IT, PMO, and finance to grow our transplant offering among transplant centers and physicians who manage patients before and after transplantation. The position reports to the VP-GM of the IDI Clinical Segment and may be based from one of several Quest locations: Secaucus, NJ, Chantilly, VA, Lenexa, KS, Lewisburg, TX or San Juan Capistrano, CA.
