In this role, you will be the primary leader representing the Business Technology Services organization in the US and providing local leadership across the US-based Finance, HR, & Procurement technology teams.

Role Responsibilities




  • Partner closely with VP Business Technology Services to prioritize, design, and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with organizational goals





  • Raise the bar as a local leader, fostering a strong culture of customer centricity, ownership, and accountability





  • Serve as a key representative for the global Business Technology Services organization in the US strategically aligning and prioritizing demand based on capacity and budget allocation





  • Oversee and strengthen the HR & Procurement technology teams, building strategic relationships, establishing cross-functional working groups, implementing best practices, and continuous improvements





  • Provide local matrix leadership for the US-based Finance Technology team to drive sustainable architecture optimization across technology platforms aligned to business needs





  • Serve as a key liaison between US stakeholders and EMEA and APAC based technology teams and external partners to drive collaboration





  • Develop executive-level reporting on KPIs and OKRs





  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives





  • Drive modernization of the back-office business analysis into a modern product management discipline





  • Act as a local escalation point for follow-the-sun major incidents across the organization




Role Requirements




  • 10+ years of experience in business technology services, technology program management, planning, or related fields, with at least 5 years in leadership roles





  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, technology, or engineering





  • Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives, drive change, and deliver measurable outcomes





  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence upward and horizontally without authority and drive collaboration across disparate functions in a global setting





  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, foster innovation, and drive operational excellence





  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing business processes and leveraging technology for innovation and efficiency

Salary

The base salary range is $146,000 -$230,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus long-term and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
