The Compliance Audit and Education Specialist serves as a regulatory specialist within Corporate Compliance and assists with the ongoing implementation and maintenance of compliance program efforts; including, but not limited to auditing and monitoring and training and education initiatives with providers, support staff and other key stakeholders. This position will be responsible for developing professional presentations for a variety of audiences for coding and documentation training. This position helps to manage inquiries on a variety of compliance topics by gathering additional details on the questions/issues and conducting relevant research. This position assigns performance scores and risk ratings based on audit results and in conjunction with appropriate personnel, investigate, evaluate, and identify opportunities for improvement.Major Responsibilities:
