We are seeking an experienced marketer/thought leader liaison to join Ferring's Uro-Oncology team. This role will be integral in shaping and executing engagement planning and execution for our bladder cancer therapy across various stakeholders. This individual will drive overall national strategic planning with external engagement with key customers including HCP's, and Mid-levels and Strategic Accounts and partner with field teams and home office colleagues for execution to achieve a successful first-in-class launch in the non-muscle invasive bladder cancer space. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading, developing and pulling through an integrated key customer strategy, engagement and execution plans in support of bladder cancer therapy
  • Ensure comprehensive approach to identification and monitoring of key thought leaders and strategic accounts and ensure appropriate commercial resources coordinated and deployed.
  • Oversee integrated thought leader engagement, speaker's bureau strategy and peer to peer programing
  • Develop and implement an integrated National commercial advisory board plan to inform brand strategies.
  • Identify, develop, coordinate, and execute a strategic plan for KOL engagement at congresses and prioritized conferences in conjunction compliantly with Medical Affairs and Global functions
  • Develop, maintain, and lead productive working relationships with sales leadership (and field sales teams), marketing, market access, field medical
  • Effectively communicate complex scientific knowledge as it pertains to customer engagement, brand strategies and prioritized tactic
  • Possess strong leadership, scientific and business acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree,; Masters degree preferred.
  • 8+ years experience with relevant pharmaceutical industry required.
  • Experience working with Urologists required
  • Direct Strategic Engagement or Though leader experience preferred
  • Experience working in the highly complex, dynamic environment of an emerging organization; direct startup, or new team experience desired.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of high-performance results.
  • Successful launch experience preferred.
  • Market shaping experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel frequently (50-65%).

Our Compensation and Benefits

At Ferring, base salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $174,000 to $254,150, which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and primary work location. Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of an annual bonus - payouts are based on individual and company performance.

Benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with a premium differential, inverse to base salary, to be paid by employees, a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellness benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees to accrue up to 120 hours in the first four (4) years of employment, and 160 hours in the fifth (5th) year of employment as well as 15 paid holidays per year.
