Contribute to the implementation (design, simulation-based verification, and chip integration) and validation of new and derivative ICs using the Advanced Silicon Germanium process. Perform system level and block level IC design activities including Circuit Architecture definition, circuit design, schematic capture, circuit and sub-system simulation, chip floor-planning and layout planning. Create clear documentation of design and product development activities to ensure high quality designs and to support dissemination of important design information to cross-functional teams. Work with Characterization and Product Engineers to define, conduct and analyze data from product performance. $167,000.00 - $197,000.00 per year. Telecommute is permitted within normal commute distance of office location.
