*Description*
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Site Support Technician to join our team in Scarborough, ME. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across our manufacturing plant and office environments. You will provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure, playing a key role in maintaining productivity and minimizing downtime. *Key Responsibilities:* * Deliver on-site desktop support for all hardware within the manufacturing plant and office areas. * Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and mobile RF devices. * Provide technical support for production and office staff, including troubleshooting issues with computers, phones, and printers. * Support and maintain industrial printers and workstation PCs. * Perform break/fix support for network, server, and end-user devices. * Assist in the implementation and maintenance of network servers and Active Directory accounts. * Manage and track IT hardware inventory and coordinate e-waste disposal. * Provide support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments. * Perform additional IT-related duties as assigned. *Required Skills & Qualifications:* * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and make timely decisions. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with desktop support, PC installation, and hardware troubleshooting. * Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and general computer hardware. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
