Assistant Equipment Manager Football - PT

This position will work primarily with Division I non-scholarship football. Responsible for providing assistance with Equipment Room operations and the receipt, issuance, maintenance, inventory, and laundering of athletic equipment and clothing. Attends all football practices, and travels with football to away games. This will be a 40 hours a week, 10 month position.

Job Duties

Participates in the laundering of all sport's apparel to ensure availability for daily practice, competition, and training.

Works during practices and competitions to pack, transport and assist with set-up of equipment at both home and away sites.

Assists Manager with inventory and records of athletic supplies.

Assists with preparation of purchase orders and invoices.

Assists in fitting, maintaining, and reconditioning equipment and apparel as assigned.

Assists with receiving orders and distribution to sports.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, minimum of one year experience. Valid Driver's License.

Preferred: AEMA certified or working toward certification.
