Title: Administrative Services Assistant (Hybrid) Payrate: $26.00 per hour on W2 without benefits Location: 500 James Robertson Pkwy Nashville, Tennessee 37243 Duration: 12+ months with possibility of CTH Hours/week: 37.5hrs Shift timings: 8:00 AM - 04:30 PM Must have: Strong Admin Experience Accounts Payable (4-6 Years) Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint, Job Description: We are seeking a candidate who possess a strong work ethic, is comfortable working with diverse teams, and competent to effectively handle multiple tasks and assignments daily. This position provides administrative support functions requiring a competent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Role & Responsibilities: Receipting purchases of capital and sensitive assets through the state's Edison PeopleSoft system. Entering assets into the agency's Smart Simple asset database for management. Surplusage of state assets through the Department of General Services. Assisting in statewide on-site asset audits. Training of staff on asset policies, rules, and laws.
