STS Technical Services is hiring an Engineering Program Tools Specialist in York, Pennsylvania to support internal teams by developing and maintaining advanced digital tools that streamline reporting, analysis, and project oversight across the business. This is a high-impact role that serves key departments including Engineering, Product Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations Leadership.

In this role, you'll work directly with internal stakeholders to design and refine custom tools in SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Excel, and Access. These solutions will be used to make strategic, data-informed decisions across the company. You'll also support the creation of presentations and executive-level reports, ensuring information is clear, accurate, and accessible.

• Design and build custom digital tools using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, Excel, and Access
  
• Maintain and improve existing tools and applications to enhance efficiency and functionality
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and proactively develop toolsets to support decision-making
  
• Translate complex data into user-friendly dashboards and reports for use by senior leadership
  
• Assist in the development of presentations and documentation that support executive-level meetings and organizational planning
  
• Ensure all tools are developed with high attention to accuracy, detail, and user experience
  
• Anticipate and identify opportunities to automate workflows or standardize reporting across departments
  

• Demonstrated experience designing and programming with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Access, and SharePoint
  
• Proficiency using Microsoft Teams for collaborative project work
  
• High attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity in decision-critical tools
  
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand stakeholder objectives
  
• General knowledge of design and manufacturing workflows for durable goods
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or related field
  
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering support environment is a plus
