Years of Experience: 4-9 years Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Position Description: SES is looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Office 365 Government G5 environments and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other related services. This role often involves administration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for these services, as well as potentially migrating users and data to Microsoft 365. Responsibilities: The Microsoft 0365 Engineer shall perform the following (to include but not limited to) activities:
Required Skills: * Experience: A strong background in IT, with specific experience in Microsoft 365 technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.). * Skills: Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, and Azure AD is highly desirable. * Certifications: Microsoft 365 certifications (MCSA: Office 365, Azure Administrator Associate, etc.) are often preferred or required. * Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required. Soft Skills: * Organizational Skills: Can plan and prioritize work. Follows tasks to their logical conclusion and makes sure that everything has been done to the right standard. Good attention to detail. * Teamwork: Able to enthuse and maintain project interest. Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team. Prepared to challenge ideas within a group in a constructive way. * Communications: Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently to team members and clients, verbally and in writing. Able to present ideas in a variety of ways depending upon audience and context. Excellent active listening skills. * Quantitative Management: Ability to determine process measures and track to determine process effectiveness and efficiency. * Problem Solving: Natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
