SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The IT Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, budgeting and analysis for the IT Organization. In addition, the manager is accountable for developing and reporting on a technology budget totaling approximately $200 million. The role partners with both IT and Enterprise leadership to provide subject matter expertise on tech spending and forecasting. The IT Finance team collaborates with accounting to report on technology budget variances both monthly and quarterly. The IT Finance Manager works closely with IT leadership in the development of IT Strategy and is able to fully articulate the financial impact of IT strategic decisions. Lead efforts to develop the overall Technology budget to include both IT departmentally owned products and services as well as all other technology products used across the bank. Work with Technology team members to collect and track financial, vendor, expense, project and management information and metrics. Support review, tracking, and cataloging of Technology related invoices and agreements. Organize and drive IT Financial maturity efforts that include industry benchmarking, Total Cost of Ownership reporting, and showback/chargeback process development. Build effective partnerships with the IT Project Management Office and Director of IT Strategy to drive improved project financial reporting. Proactively engage with Senior IT Leadership to review tech spending trends to influence future financial decision-making. Oversee, review, and approve related process documentation including standards, procedures, and work instructions. Adhere to existing processes/standards/policies as set forth by the Company or other departments as these apply. Recruit, train, develop and manage a high-performing team which is critical to long-term IT maturity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Business, Accounting, Finance or related field. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Financial Management, preferably in a technology line of business. 5-10 years of experience successfully managing a high-performing team Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of MS Tools and BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or ThoughtSpot
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk. WORK ENVIRONMENT Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered. Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.
In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $99,237.00 - $158,521.00 , actual offers to be determined based on applicant's skills, experience and education.
