At Accurus Aerospace Corporation, we make things ready for flight. We machine aluminum alloys and hard and exotic metals, fabricate sub-assemblies, deliver kits, and provide processing services, including anodizing, chem-film, shot-peening, priming and finish treatments to our global customers. We are a supplier to numerous Commercial Aerospace and Defense Contractors throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
An EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Intern will assist with updating safety documentation, conducting inspections, participating in safety committees, and promoting a culture of safety across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and build foundational knowledge in EHS programs within a dynamic and supportive environment. Interns work a minimum of twelve (12) hours per week during standard office hours, typically in regularly scheduled blocks of at least three (3) hours each. During short-term scheduled school holiday and semester breaks, interns may be authorized for up to forty (40) hours per work week. Interns can expect to gain experience with communication (technical, presentation, and professional interpersonal), problem-solving, CNC Machining process, Inventory and Data Management, Procurement & Supply chain processes, ERP utilization, aerospace industry standards (AS9100), and general manufacturing and quality management systems. This role is identified as requiring ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance; therefore qualified candidates must meet the definition of a U.S. Person (per EAR Part 772 and ITAR 120.15):

Work Experience
