Job Summary: This position works with our Service team to focus on the development of new and existing local and regional accounts; is responsible for promoting and selling our offerings within an assigned territory, including expanding our customer base and driving growth. Engages with current and prospective clients, understands their needs, and offer tailored service solutions that meet and exceed expectations. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a relationship based, target-driven environment.

Service Account Manager role:
- Collect business intelligence, identify and target the most attractive business opportunities; establish relationships with new clients and foster relationships with existing clients.
- Review and understand each current Service/PM contract.
- Build opportunities from existing accounts and increase "pull through" opportunities.
- Gather information about Service and Preventive opportunities/leads, qualify the opportunity and identify key personnel for initial interaction.
- Prepare proposals for customer review and acceptance; solicit quantitative and qualitative feedback from service team to meet customer needs.
- Execute and follow-up on all outstanding proposals.
- Safely manage all operations in accordance with company policy and procedures, including project activities throughout lifecycle, oversight of quality control and productivity.
- Allocate adequate resources, scheduling, required documentation, budget, and other factors necessary for Service/PM/Project completion and success.
- Be part of our business resource sales organization; continually participate in the improvement of our sales reach and processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience/Education Requirements:
- Minimum three years' experience working in customer service or sales role with proven relationship-building skills and commitment to customer service.
- Experience with development and maintenance of Customer Relations Management system, opportunity tracking and reporting; preferred.
- Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing or building automations system knowledge; preferred.
- Well-developed communications skills: oral, written and presentation.
- Proficiency with computer applications including MSOffice; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Valid state drivers' license with ability to schedule local and regional travel to job sites and client locations on a regular basis.

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range is $66,000 - $99,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual discretionary bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.Some benefits include
