Position Summary The Senior Analyst, Projects, Process & Performance will be responsible for assigned continuous improvement activities within the Airports Department. The Senior Analyst is responsible for coordinating with all Airports departments, JetBlue departments, and external business partners on matters dealing with system and process effectiveness. Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage process improvement opportunities within Airports
- Develop and implement process changes as new or updated technology is released in support of Airports and JetBlue strategy
- Manage initiative timelines to meet established milestones
- Act as a single point of contact for each project on schedule, cost, and scope
- Coordinate inter-team activities and project dependencies to ensure on-time program deliverables
- Assist with the identification and prioritization of opportunities where process redesign/improvement can significantly impact efficiency, compliance, quality, profitability, competitive position and customer satisfaction
- Conduct process improvement initiatives with process owners which includes: documenting the current process to identify pain points and opportunities, performing supporting data analysis, facilitating the design of the process changes, and supporting implementation of the process change
- Continually and proactively communicate updates on project status and issues to team and department leadership via regular communications and status reports
- Stay knowledgeable of JetBlue's Safety Management System (SMS), Safety Policy, Security Policy and behavioral standards
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous related work experience
- Three (3) years of continuous improvement, process engineering, or project management experience
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, especially strong in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
- Experience presenting recommendations, projects or initiatives
- Experience conducting data analysis
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid team and people management skills
- Comfortable with changing priorities on short to notice
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge
- Available for occasional overnight travel (30%)
- Valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United States
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Airline industry or Airports experience
- Experience in consulting
- Project Management Certification (PMP) certification
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt training and certification
- Knowledge of aircraft systems, JetBlue procedures, standard operating procedures and Federal Aviation Regulation adherence

- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

- Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and Company policies, procedures and risk controls

Compensation
- The base pay range for this position is between $64,000 and $103,100. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
