This position is onsite in our South San Francisco office with a schedule of 8am-4pm Monday-Friday.

Overview

The Material Handler II is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, material movement, and order fulfillment. The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow standard procedures, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities



  1. Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
  2. Manage inventory transactions in ERP systems (Oracle or SAP).
  3. Pick, pack, and stage materials for internal orders.
  4. Conduct routine cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
  5. Follow safety and compliance protocols in daily operations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material flow.


Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in Oracle or SAP ERP systems (warehouse modules).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment.
  • Good communication skills and a team-first attitude..


Physical Requirements

Lifting Requirements -light work or exerting up to 50 pounds of force frequently. Physical Requirements -stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating, observing, pushing or pulling, and reaching. Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.
