Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift

What You'll Do:



  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding a class action lawsuit (scripts provided)
  • Document call details with light data entry
  • Respond to customer emails as needed



What We're Looking For:



  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Excellent reliability and attendance
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating basic systems
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
  • Customer service experience preferred
