Practice Overview In addition to 8 providers, this practice also has a care manager, pharmacist, eight MAs, four PSRs, two RNs, a referral coordinator, and a practice manager. This office considered a patient centered medical home. The practice is nestled in East Grand Rapids. It's a midsize office and surrounded by a lot of shopping and restaurants (family-oriented area). The office has a lot of patients that have been with us for many years. Office Culture We are very team oriented, like a family, and have great longevity with staff (average is three to nine years). We have great providers, believe in quality and safety, and patient experience is top of the line. We have maintained high scores over the years thanks to the incredible help of our team members.
