HealthPartners North Suburban Family Physicians has an exciting opportunity for a patient-focused Advanced Practice Provider to join our team and make a difference for our patients and our community. This Advanced Practice Provider will support clinic visits for an employer based clinic in Buffalo, MN. Well@Work Wright County is an employer-based clinic supporting the healthcare needs of the employees and dependents of Wright County. In this role the Advanced Practice Provider will operate independently and have responsibility to check in, room, treat, and dispense generic medications. Additional responsibilities include obtaining health history, examining patients, ordering appropriate lab and x-ray exams, communicating with patients regarding treatment and follow up, and interacting professionally with other staff. The care provided emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention, diagnosis and evidence-based management of acute and chronic diseases and occupational health support. As a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Experience preferred.
