We're seeking a visual storyteller with a deep understanding of digital design, who can bring our brand to life online-primarily supporting T-Mobile Home Internet and T-Mobile Fiber initiatives. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with copywriters, developers, creative leads, and cross-functional partners to craft bold, engaging, and intuitive digital experiences. From responsive marketing pages to in-app creative and digital modules, your work will help shape the visual language of T-Mobile's digital ecosystem while aligning with our brand standards and customer-centric vision. We're looking for a designer who thrives at the intersection of UX, branding, and technology-someone who's as comfortable mocking up sleek mobile-first layouts as they are iterating quickly based on stakeholder feedback. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
