Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a leader in manufacturing? Staffmark is hiring Shipping and Receiving Clerks for a top facility in Rialto, CA. If you have warehouse and clerical experience and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this could be your next opportunity!

Pay: Starting at $19/hour+ (based on shift)

Shifts Available (Monday - Friday + Overtime Required):



  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM
  • Schedule flexibility required based on business needs.



Responsibilities:



  • Confirm product accuracy, report discrepancies/damages
  • Sort and document incoming/outgoing shipments
  • Operate material handling equipment (must be able to certify)
  • Perform accurate data entry and use RF scanners
  • Maintain clean and organized workspace
  • Follow safety guidelines and support warehouse operations as needed



Requirements:



  • 1+ year experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse clerical work
  • Familiarity with WMS (PKMS a plus) and RF scanning tools
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs (team lift over 70 lbs)
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
  • Must be 18+ and able to work overtime as needed
  • Bilingual and forklift experience is a plus
