Responsibilities: This role involves performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and conducting root cause analysis to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include installing and calibrating new equipment, maintaining detailed maintenance records, and mentoring junior technicians. The technician is also expected to follow all safety regulations and keep work areas clean and organized, along with handling other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a maintenance tech/mechanic in manufacturing. Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting complex equipment issues. Solid understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
