Hours & Pay:

Pay Rate: $18-$19/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1st Shift)

Employment Type: Temporary

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist the Maintenance Manager and Team Lead with daily maintenance tasks and facility upkeep
• Conduct equipment inspections and basic repairs across various departments
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines and tools in optimal condition
• Follow company safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Operate forklifts, hand and power tools, and semi-automated equipment safely
• Help ensure all facility equipment supports daily production goals
• Maintain maintenance tools and machinery in good working order
• Complete training as required to stay up to date on best practices and safety procedures

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or GED-or relevant hands-on experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, squat, climb ladders, and stand for long periods
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, RF scanners, and basic computer skills
• Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
