Pay: $17.00/hr - $25.00/hr depending on experience

Schedule Availability:

• 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM - 5:00 AM

*Training hours are 6 AM - 2 PM until the candidate selected is comfortable performing essential functions independently.

Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities: Performing the setup, disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of paper machine rolls of various sizes. You will be responsible for ensuring that all repair procedures adhere to quality standards while prioritizing efficiency and safety. Demonstrating proficiency in repair practices, you will require a comprehensive understanding of mechanical assemblies and diverse roll types.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of related work experience
• Proficiency in handling mechanical tooling, including drills, taps, pullers, bearing heaters, and presses
• Experience operating a 25-ton overhead crane, forklift truck, hand truck, and hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• A valid driver's license
