Pay: $18/hr. Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday Primary Responsibilities: Assemble high-quality products efficiently by following assembly prints and operating tools independently after training. Demonstrate motivation, teamwork, and organization to meet or exceed work order standards. Maximize output and maintain quality by adhering to procedures and minimizing assembly errors. Promote a quality-first atmosphere and understand decimal conversions for accuracy in materials and timekeeping. Train and mentor others in safety, procedures, and company values with minimal supervision. Uphold company standards through excellent attendance, attitude, and by modeling desired behavior. Suggest and implement process improvements by analyzing parts and adapting to changing environments. This is an entry level position; training will be provided! We have tons of perks!
