Summary:
The Desktop Support Specialist role is responsible for the technical and supervisory aspects of end user installation and support of client systems, including day-to-day break/fix and coordination of end user computing through prioritization, dispatch, and service recovery of technical problem calls, work orders, and Move/Add/Change requests.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience/training required.
  2. License/Certifications: MCDST, ITIL, A+, or equivalent certification preferred. Valid Driver's License preferred.
  3. Experience: Knowledge of desktop and business/technical support systems required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
