Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated EDI/ERA Enrollment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the enrollment processes within EDI clearinghouses such as Waystar Key responsibilities include: * Complete Registration: Ensure registration is received and completed thoroughly and in a timely manner * Generate and Monitor EDI Agreements: Follow up on agreements to meet specific implementation deadlines * Monitor Accounts: Investigating and resolving enrollment denials, errors, and correspondence with payers * Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of the account throughout the enrollment process * Customer Service: Address customer requests in Service Plus for EDI clearinghouse issues, such as but not limited to, setting up new users, adding permission, adding workgroups. * Maintain working knowledge of workflow, systems, and tools used in the department * Other responsibilities as assigned Skills and Qualifications * In-depth Knowledge: Understanding of the EDI enrollment process. * Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication * Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines * Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities * Self-Motivation: Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team setting Skills: * Proficiency in EDI software and clearinghouse platforms (e.g., Availity, Waystar etc.). * Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Desired Attributes: * Detail-oriented and meticulous. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
