Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contributes to and updates project planning activities (e.g., plans, schedules, and work breakdown structure) to support Project Managers or Leads on moderately sized projects or processes.
• With support and guidance from managers, develops methods for tracking the progress and execution of moderately complex projects/processes to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assists with implementing new and established processes and methods (e.g., tracking tools, schedules, databases, documentation management systems)
• Coordinates across teams for moderately sized projects to identify and meet needs, communicate progress, and ensure compliance with processes and guidelines.

Top 5 Required Skill:

• 2+ years' experience in Project analysis
• Experience with using SharePoint and Salesforce
• Strong intermediate skills in Data Analysis including understanding issue trend, finding ways to optimize and improve productivity metrics.
• 2+ years' experience with Scrum Master Duties - (Run meetings, follow up, issue trends, corrective actions etc.)
• Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal

Technologies:

• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Required Education:

• Associate's Degree

OR

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience
