GP Strategies Corporation has an opening for a Part-Time Training Administrative Assistant in Dallas, TX. This is a part-time (20 hours per week) position. For this role, we seek someone who can work on-site 5 days a week in the morning. The ideal schedule would be Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 11 a.m. We can also be flexible if someone needs to start later such as 8:00 or 8:30 a.m. The location is US-75/1-635.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide on-site training support, including managing training materials, assisting instructors with classroom setup, and escorting them to the classroom
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal instructors to secure necessary resources for training events
  • Collaborate with program owners to implement specific requirements for training sessions * Submit catering orders and arrange room setups for training events
  • Prepare all pre-work and post-work required for the training sessions
  • Promptly troubleshoot and resolve issues during training sessions
  • Administer leadership and aptitude assessments to employees
  • Responds to participant and instructor inquiries
  • Maintains process documentation and execution steps


Qualifications:



  • Experience in an Administrative/Coordinator type role
  • Experience with Outlook (scheduling, managing multiple calendars)
  • Experience with Excel
