A fast-paced and innovative nutritional manufacturing company in Anaheim, CA is looking for a Bilingual Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic team for a 4-month leave coverage. This is your chance to bring your high-energy mindset and meticulous attention to detail to a role that keeps the company running smoothly-right down to the last cent!

Hours & Pay:

Pay Rate: $40.00/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temporary (Approx. 4 months, covering a leave)

Location: On-site in Anaheim or Orange, CA

Key Responsibilities:



  • Process full-cycle payroll using ADP Comprehensive Services
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance through auditing and balancing
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Maintain employee payroll records and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with HR and accounting to ensure smooth payroll operations
  • Support bilingual communications and documentation in English and Spanish

What We're Looking For:



  • 2-3 years of experience in payroll, specifically with ADP Comprehensive Services
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle payroll and payroll balancing
  • Detail-oriented, high-energy, and able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Must be able to work on-site in either Anaheim or Orange, CA
