As the Learning Training Specialist at a Biotech/Life Science company, you will be tasked with creating and conducting internal training courses and programs. You will assess the effectiveness of these programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics. Additionally, you will provide expert consultation on training analytics best practices and the effective use of technical products, offering ongoing support to ensure successful application of data analytics skills. Collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions is essential. The role also includes analyzing training data to measure impact, generating reports and dashboards, and using data-driven insights to continuously enhance training programs and materials.

This position works onsite in Marlborough, MA Office

What you will accomplish together with us:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that integrate data analytics with Sartorius's life science products and services.
  • Use data analytics to identify training needs and evaluate the success of training programs. Design and deliver training in various formats, including self-paced, instructor-led, and hybrid.
  • Collaborate with and advise subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees and clients, focusing on data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze training data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and life sciences and incorporate them into training content.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to enhance their data analytical skills and professional development.
  • Collaborate with Performance Development professionals and external vendors to deliver training courses for internal employees
  • Manage internal learning communities and change agent networks
  • Manage application system, communicate with applicant, preselect candidate profiles acc. to defined criteria
  • Design and deliver communication strategies towards various hierarchical levels driving awareness and business orientated change processes
  • Research new learning methods and trends
  • Analyze training needs and evaluate training interventions
  • Produce digital learning content

What will convince us:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Learning Consultant or similar role within the life sciences industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in either Upstream Processing or Downstream Processing, both preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Proficient instructional design skills.
