JOB TITLE: Manager - Cash and Customer Service

DEPT: Patient Accounts

LOCATION: MRMC - Columbia, TN

SHIFT: Full Time. Monday - Friday, Days

JOB SUMMARY:

Maintaining system dictionaries, monitoring established standards and providing feedback to employees and Manager. Work with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues. Supervising daily cash posting and customer service operations in Patient Accounts Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Associate's Degree Preferred

* 2 Years of Related Supervisory Experience Required

* 2 Years of Related Supervisory Experience in Healthcare Preferred
