Will also sell bottled liquor per State of Idaho laws applicants must be 21 years or older. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Maintain a friendly and outgoing attitude. Accurately check ID's to verify legal age. Be proactive with operational needs without direction. Responsible for balancing a cash till at the end of each day. Must have consistent and accurate cash handling skills. Keeps work area clean and presentable to the public. PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS: Include, but are not limited to sitting and standing for up to ten hours per day. Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Bending, squatting, kneeling and reaching above the shoulder often. Leaning over and scooping ice-cream. Worksite is 98% inside and 2% outside. A neat appearance is required. AVAILABILITY: Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Hours of work will extend past lift operations. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: SKILLS: Must have strong interactive skills with customers. Capable of retaining the training of Idaho State liquor laws. Must have accurate and consistent cash handling skills. EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE:Cash handling experience required. LICENSE NEEDED: Certification for Idaho State Liquor laws. (Employer will certify during training). MACHINES OR TOOLS OPERATED: Cash register, calculator, Point of Sale computer. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Work is subject to frequent interruptions making continuity and accuracy difficult. High volume of business could be stressful.
