We are seeking a motivated individual to join our partner company as a Welder in Wheaton, MN where you can showcase your talent in a positive and diverse working environment. Schedule: 7am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday

Pay: $23 - $30/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Promote a safe work environment and follow safety protocols, including preventive maintenance and the 5S system.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to understand customer specifications and product requirements.
  • Select and set up welding equipment and perform various weld types (MIG, TIG, etc.) based on project needs.
  • Ensure quality standards by using measurement tools to inspect welds and confirm parts meet specifications.
  • Perform equipment maintenance and minor repairs to support safe and efficient operations.
  • Complete secondary tasks such as de-burring, grinding, and organizing shipments for delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and customers regarding requirements and capabilities.
