Schedule: 7am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday Pay: $23 - $30/hr. Key Responsibilities: Promote a safe work environment and follow safety protocols, including preventive maintenance and the 5S system. Read and interpret blueprints to understand customer specifications and product requirements. Select and set up welding equipment and perform various weld types (MIG, TIG, etc.) based on project needs. Ensure quality standards by using measurement tools to inspect welds and confirm parts meet specifications. Perform equipment maintenance and minor repairs to support safe and efficient operations. Complete secondary tasks such as de-burring, grinding, and organizing shipments for delivery. Communicate effectively with vendors and customers regarding requirements and capabilities.
