Job Description

Position Summary:
The TMA System Administrator will be the administrator and primary contact for MU Campus TMA users, responsible for configuration/system modification of data fields and templates, support, and training for both Campus Facilities and other campus users. Must be responsive to all users' needs. Will liaise with System level team members, TMA, campus PeopleSoft programmers, and other vendor contracted staff. Responsible for report building and data extraction.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with work order setup; TMA maintenance; user maintenance; Configuration changes specific to MU; Assist fiscal staff and programmers with maintaining system interfaces; User technical support; Review monthly and quarterly product release notes; Ensure practices adhere to MU and System policies.

Develop, update, and maintain training manuals specific to MU processes; Provide in-person and virtual training to internal and external new users; Provide ongoing refresher training as needed; Conduct one-on-one training sessions as needed; Educate users on new functionality and product enhancements as appropriate.

Understand MU and industry specific reporting and data needs; Develop recurring and ad hoc reports; Maintain ongoing reports and ensure timely report delivery to MU and System fiscal and operations leadership.

Respond to each inquiry from internal users, co-workers, other campus users, and other interested parties in a timely, professional and respectful manner; Liaise regularly with users to ensure consistent System wide practices as appropriate; Develop relationships with other power users on other campuses including within System and other Universities to gather information for system improvement and best practices.

Shift

8-hour shift between the hours of 7:30 and 5 M-F

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with computer systems, database management, spreadsheets, and other programs to manipulate data and create reports. Excellent knowledge of the facilities operations and maintenance industry including methodology, terminology, workflow/paper flow of maintenance.

Must possess and maintain a valid State of Missouri driver's license or valid out-of-state driver's license with the understanding a Missouri driver's license must be obtained within the first six months of employment.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $74,000 - $83,304 annually

Grade: GGS-011
