As a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics, you will be at the forefront of guiding our data analytics initiatives, driving strategic innovation, and fostering collaboration across teams. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse group of talented professionals.


Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists. Create a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on technical guidance and support in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data analytics platforms. Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of data solutions.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Strategic Initiative: Define and execute the data strategy roadmap to support business objectives. Drive key data projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies. Encourage the team to explore and adopt new tools and methodologies that can enhance our data capabilities.
  • Data Governance and Compliance: Implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, privacy, and security. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the success and impact of data initiatives. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in data analytics, and at least 5 years in a leadership role.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Leadership: Proven track record in managing data teams and delivering successful projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Visualization Tools: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Sigma.
  • SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP and data integration tools.
  • Project Management: Excellent skills in handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines, with agile methodology experience as a plus.
  • Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Leadership: Exceptional team-building and conflict management skills.
  • Innovation: Passion for continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.
  • Industry Experience: Background in semiconductors is a plus.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications like CDMP, AWS Certified Big Data Specialty, or Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Customer Focus: Deliver data solutions that drive business value and enhance customer experience.

The expected salary range for this position is $158,312.00- 200,528.00, plus a bonus opportunity. We will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors when determining your pay.
