Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Works closely with other members of the Digital & Content Marketing team to develop and implement the annual Digital Content Strategy, to refine and update it quarterly, and to socialize this strategy within the overall Marketing team and our partners.
  • Works with Product Marketers and Customer Marketers, and with our digital agency, to manage and optimize digital & traditional advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social ads (including Meta platforms, LinkedIn & X), connected TV/streaming, digital radio/audio, out-of-home ads, print ads and other relevant channels.
  • Works with Marketers who need support as they do their own campaign metrics reporting/analysis. (SME for campaign metrics and analysis, supporting and guiding them on storytelling, etc.)
  • Works closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Producer and Copywriter to develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website and blog traffic.
  • Conducts SEO keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborates with the design and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
  • Develops strategies to test new approaches, monitor trends and integrate best practices.
  • Monitors and analyze ad performance using Quantum Metric, Tableau, BrightEdge and other platforms to provide actionable insights.
  • Reports quarterly on digital marketing insights and best practices.

Content Marketing

  • Executes and helps develop/refine a comprehensive content strategy for digital channels including PGE's newsletters, mobile app, website and blog.
  • With others, plans and manages the editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Manages the development of engaging and high-quality content that aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Collaborates on message strategy and reviews key content to ensure alignment with brand voice and with message goals
  • Works closely with the marketing team to integrate content strategies with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Monitors and analyzes web, newsletter and blog performance using Quantum Metric, Tableau, BrightEdge and others, and provides actionable insights.
  • Analyzes content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Reports quarterly on content strategy insights and best practices.

Qualifications/Experience/Certifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Content, Journalism, Communications or Media Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and digital content creation.
  • Proven track record working on successful digital marketing and social media advertising campaigns, including content creation and campaign execution, measurement and reporting
  • Experience developing and/or managing multi-channel editorial calendar with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience managing the work of outside creative and/or marketing agency resources
  • Strong writing and/or editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred experience:

  • Experience developing, creating and/or managing content for organic social media
  • Experience creating and/or editing digital video and digital still images for digital campaigns
  • Proficiency using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Ads Manager for social media platforms and SEO software.
  • Experience with Quantum Metric, BrightEdge, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Ceros, Creatopy, or Swiftype a plus.

Compensation Range:

$89,175.00 - $148,625.00

Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
