Summary: The Temple University Harrisburg Campus Project Manager will have a positive impact in the lives of adolescents through managing the implementation and operation of an evidence-based training program within multiple community settings in south-central Pennsylvania. The Project Manager works directly with adolescents and community partners to deliver EBPs with fidelity and assists adolescents to facilitate program completion. The Project Manager works directly with Campus staff to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the project. Required Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of directly related experience working with adolescents. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. sessions, lectures, or speak at industry-specific conferences. Required Skills and abilities * Knowledge and experience related to o experience working with youth populations; o human services or health-related project management; o training/curriculum delivery; o trauma-informed approaches; o positive youth development, including healthy behaviors and relationships; o health protection and promotion. o various computer programs, including (but not limited to): Word, Excel, Access, Survey Monkey, Outlook, and other email systems; * Ability to o gather data; o use personal computers and related software applications; o compile information and prepare reports; o maintain accurate records and databases; o communicate with excellence and efficacy, both orally and in writing; o organize resources and manage diverse priorities; o analyze and solve problems; o make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments; o create, compose, and edit written materials; o handle, track and monitor data; Required Background Checks/Clearances: Position has direct contact or routine interaction with minors under the age of 18.
