Job Duties: Vice President, Application / Systems Administrator with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Dallas, TX. Work with multiple stakeholders across the business to identify, analyze, document, and update business requirements to address operational and business needs, increase efficiency and improve user experience. Apply data analysis to extract insights from multiple data sources to facilitate optimization of the end-to-end associated infrastructure supporting the business process & strategy and ensuring our leadership & business stakeholders have access to up-to-date information and spend transparency. Liaise with development teams, via daily scrums calls, to communicate business requirements and manage the development, testing and deployment of new infrastructure capabilities. Address day-to-day technical queries related to system logic and perform defect/data analysis as well as support specific audits, internal and external. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, defining the vision, direction, priorities, and progress of a product over time. Work with Source to Pay Reporting Team & Spend Management Engineering to develop scorecards & Key Performance Indicators to monitor and track Service Level Agreements and manage the vendor relationships, to ensure adequate performance & stability.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Management, or related field. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years with the following: using the Agile Methodology, defining project scope and goals, leading scrums, creating sprints, developing user stories, writing business requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, and managing releases; using JIRA and Confluence to create project plans, sprints and kanban boards; writing structured query language (SQL) queries to extract reference data from data lakes and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to solve problems and conduct data analysis; utilizing BDM Signavio to create business process diagrams to design target operating models for operational processes; working with third party service providers to onboard and configure third party systems, improve processes, investigate issues and improve user experience; and applying risk methodologies, including controls testing and verification, issue identification, and issue reporting.
