Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager-Salesforce for a 12-month contract role with our client in the energy industry in Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO. This is a hybrid role. In office 2-3 days/week. Summary: Overseeing a transformational technology project within the CETS organization (Customer Rebates, Solar, Clean Transportation). Migrating from a Salesforce Legacy system to a new platform using Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud and Clean Energy Program Management (Winter '24 update). Consolidating processes across five business areas currently operating in silos. Introducing common capabilities to streamline customer and internal agent interactions. Focus on strategic project management, avoiding past issues like poor documentation and missed requirements. Responsibilities: Ensure milestones are met. Lead a cross-functional team of 12-13 members including: 1 Salesforce Business Analyst, 4 Developers (1 Salesforce, 3 TCS), 2 QA Testers, 2 Architects (Enterprise and Salesforce, not fully dedicated). Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (TCS, Client, Salesforce). Manage timelines, documentation, and team coordination. Support both customer-facing and internal-facing applications. What is the size of the group this position will be supporting? Who are some of the key players this person will be working with? 12-13 members including: 1 Salesforce Business Analyst, 4 Developers (1 Salesforce, 3 TCS), 2 QA Testers, 2 Architects (Enterprise and Salesforce, not fully dedicated). Emphasis on mentorship, communication, and continuous improvement. Are there any certifications that the candidate must possess? PMP / PMPL preferred but not required. Must understand Agile roles and team collaboration. Qualifications: 5-7 years of end-to-end project management experience. Familiarity with: Salesforce (preferred), Jira / Jira Align / Confluence, Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint). Strong understanding of Scrum, PO vs PM roles, and team dynamics. Atlassian experience is required as well. Bachelor's degree preferred (Business or related field). Commensurate experience acceptable. Preferred Qualifications: Strong communication, documentation, work ethic, and attention to detail. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $60.00-65.00/Hr We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
