  • Estimated hourly base pay: Level 1:$21.00 (minimum) - $26.25 (midpoint) - $31.50 (maximum)

If you're a Potting and Encapsulation Machine Operator, we have an exciting opportunity for you! In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our potting process for solenoids.

** This position is for afirst-shift role, Monday through Friday (5X8), starting at 5am.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain potting machines, including black potting machines and vacuum chambers.
  • Work with equipment such as high-temp machines, ovens, and other tools used in the encapsulation process.
  • Take ownership of the potting process, gaining an intimate understanding of the machines and their operations.
  • Perform epoxy potting and encapsulation of solenoids with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all steps of the epoxy potting process.
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Follow safety and quality protocols to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the potting room.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience with epoxy potting and encapsulation processes is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience operating potting and encapsulation machines, vacuum chambers, and related equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with solenoids or similar components is a plus.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control processes in a manufacturing environment.
